Is there an annual billing option?

Yes. Annual billing is available at a 17% discount. Starter costs $99.99/year and Pro costs $199.99/year. You can switch between monthly and annual at any time from the dashboard.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel from the dashboard at any time with no penalties. Your plan features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Nothing is cut off immediately.

Do you offer refunds?

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you experience a technical issue or were charged in error, contact us at hello@tallymsg.app and we will do our best to resolve it fairly.

Can I switch between plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing section of the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Question 5

What happens to my data if I cancel or downgrade?

Accepted Answer

Your data stays accessible until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the free plan and you keep access to the last 3 months of history. You can export your data at any time from the Reports page.
